Job Summary
Process loan applications, verify documents, and enter payments into loan management software while maintaining regulatory compliance. Execute collection calls on overdue accounts, contact customers regarding payment arrangements, and facilitate loan extensions or refinancing. Sell ancillary products such as taxes and car club memberships to drive account growth. Oversee office operations in the manager's absence to ensure continuity. This hourly role supports the branch manager in maintaining a profitable office across Sun Loan Company's seven-state footprint. Candidates must possess one year of customer service experience and six months in collections, with a high school diploma preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year Customer Service experience in any field
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship
- Work Authorization Required: Candidates must already possess valid U.S. work authorization permitting employment with any employer
- No Visa Sponsorship Provided: Sun Loan is unable to sponsor employment visas (e.g., H-1B, O-1) or assume responsibility for transferring existing sponsorships
