Job Summary
Process loan applications, verify documents, and enter payments into loan management software while ensuring compliance with federal and state laws. Execute collection calls on overdue accounts, contact customers regarding payment arrangements, and facilitate loan extensions or modifications. Sell loans and ancillary products to former and prospective customers to drive account growth. Oversee office operations in the manager's absence to maintain continuity. Requires one year of customer service experience and six months of collections experience. Hourly compensation with competitive salary based on skills and experience. Required Qualifications
- 1 year Customer Service experience in any field
