Job Summary
Credit & Loan Servicing Specialist within the Loans group executing operational tasks in SLAs across Deal Closing, Drawdowns, Rollovers, Repayments, Funding, Rate-Fixings, Fees and external payments; supporting the secondary trading desk with trade bookings and settlements; liaising with bank departments, borrowers, and trustees; ensuring 100% SLA compliance and serving as SME and first internal point of contact for process queries; identifying and implementing process improvements to boost productivity and efficiency; requires a bachelor’s degree in finance or related field (or equivalent work experience) and a minimum of 6 months in financial services with strong analytical, research, and interpersonal skills; ability to manage clients, stakeholders, and multiple assignments independently.
