Job Summary
Upload new loans, maintain active and inactive loan files, and quote loan payoffs for commercial, consumer, and real estate portfolios. Verify and correct un-posted payments daily, process cash items from EIP, and balance general ledger and FHLB accounts. Investigate customer problems and operational issues to resolve them timely, while monitoring flood insurance, UCC tracking, and Dealer Track for electronic titles. Prepare monthly FHLB and SBA reports, record mortgages with public officials, and coordinate work tasks across departments to ensure efficient information flow. Requires three years of related experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with bank operating policies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of three (3) years' experience in related positions
- Specialized banking education and training
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient analytical and mathematics skills
- Proficient interpersonal relations skills
- Proficient PC skills
- A working knowledge of bank operating policies and procedures which impact loan document services
- Knowledge of lending policies and procedures
- Regular use of a computer
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Fannie, Freddie on secondary market
- Knowledge of SBA reporting
