Loan Servicing Specialist

Loan Servicing Specialist responsible for day-to-day loan servicing, accuracy, and compliance within a fast-paced bank environment. You will process daily loan transactions (payments, adjustments, advances, payoffs, fees), manage automatic payments and rate changes, prepare modifications/renewals/extensions, and ensure accurate loan records in core systems. You will monitor maturities, delinquencies, covenant tracking, and servicing exceptions, support audits and regulatory exams, provide internal and external client support, assist with escrow administration and lien documentation, and seek process improvements to drive efficiency and growth. A strong candidate has 2+ years in loan servicing or banking, a high school diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred), and demonstrates organization, communication, and regulatory knowledge in a high-volume environment. The role is remote within the United States with EST hours and occasional travel.
