Answer customer inquiries in the Loan Servicing phone queue while processing daily tasks such as payoff quotes and loan payoffs. Maintain regular attendance and assist with additional servicing responsibilities or special projects as assigned. This role supports consumer and commercial loan servicing at Bank of Springfield, emphasizing accurate record-keeping and prompt professional service within a collaborative team environment.
