Job Summary
Calculate and process payoffs, release collateral, and manage participation advances while balancing daily incoming mail and exception reports. Serve as a customer service representative to resolve client inquiries regarding payments, balances, and interest calculations. Book commercial and consumer loans to the core system, disburse proceeds, and maintain accurate loan files and general ledger balances. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements while handling title, recording, and appraisal billing.
Required Qualifications
- Proven effective verbal and written communication skills
- Required to handle multiple tasks at the same time
- PC experience navigating in a Windows environment and using multiple applications
- Prior experience with personal computers and Windows based software and excel spreadsheets
- Must have excellent attention to detail
- Associates degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- six months to one-year related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
