Job Summary
Manage inbound and outbound communications for delinquent accounts while executing skip tracing, servicing auto, personal, and Visa loans, and processing negative share and charge-offs. Handle loan recoveries, primary insurance, GAP, and debt cancellation claims, ensuring accurate credit reporting updates. Recommend and assign vehicles for repossession, arrange payment schedule modifications, and determine members' financial status to obtain outstanding balances. Requires two years of credit/collections experience and knowledge of collection laws. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Minimum two-year experience in credit/collections department, preferably in a financial institution
- Thorough knowledge of credit/collections procedures and principles
- Thorough knowledge of state and federal regulations governing collection laws

- Customer service experience preferred
