Loan Servicing Representative

The Loan Servicing Representative role involves reviewing loan files for proper documentation, entering loans and transactions into the bank’s computer systems, maintaining the collateral tracking system, balancing various accounts, reviewing reports, maintaining customer credit and mortgage files, and responding to customer and employee questions/problems. This in-person position is based in Strasburg, VA and supports the loan department with accurate data entry, file maintenance, and clerical tasks to ensure smooth processing and compliance with procedures.
