Loan Servicing Programmer I (onsite)

Job Summary
Program new Residential and Consumer loans into the Bank's core processing system and complete all daily loan transactions, including payoffs, paydowns, and miscellaneous maintenance requests. Monitor the Loan Servicing Programming Email box, process exception transactions, unposted items, and general ledger entries, while handling returned checks and ACH returns with appropriate fee assessments. Review daily Investor reports to verify payoffs and transmittals, finalize Workflow requests in INSIGHT, and process various daily reports including ACH/AFT Search and Critical reports. Document and monitor loan discrepancies using spreadsheets, handle customer inquiries, and file/scanning residential loan documents.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be goal and deadline oriented
- Must be well organized
- Must be dependable
- Must maintain the utmost confidentiality on all bank matters
- Good communication skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Word applications
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel applications

- Good aptitude for math
- Accounting experience
- Teller experience
