Loan Servicing/Operations Administrator

Job Summary
Process complex loan transactions including increases, roll-overs, pay-downs, and commitment reductions. Prepare and review loan documents and specialized billings for direct and agented loans, while investigating discrepancies in interest and fee calculations. Generate required GL entries and monitor facilities by reviewing system-generated reports. Requires high school graduation or GED, one year of financial services experience in loan servicing operations, and strong analytical skills. Knowledge of loan products and FIS IBS/CLS systems is preferred. Competitive salary, medical/dental insurance, 401k matching, and tuition assistance available.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduation or GED
- 1+ years or more of Financial Services experience related to loan Servicing Operations
Desired Qualifications
- Loan Agency Servicing experience
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
- Knowledge of loan products, including Credit Agreements, Guarantees, and Letters of Credit
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer skills, including good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Intermediate knowledge of FIS IBS and CLS (ACBS, FCM, and FTM applications)
- Strong time management/organizational skills
- Experience in supporting servicing functions for variety of portfolios (both as Agent and Participant)
