Job Summary
Lead and mentor a loan servicing team responsible for managing syndicated and bilateral loan portfolios, ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and timely servicing. Provide deal origination and execution support to Asset Based Lending deal teams, read and interpret complex credit agreements, perform quality control, oversee funding and payments, calculate accruals, serve as escalation point for complex client issues, collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement through analysis of team performance metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Five or more years of Commercial or Asset Based Lending experience
- Three or more years of exceptional customer service experience
- Thorough understanding of Treasury Products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical thinker with ability to identify connections between data and systems
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
- Strong conflict resolution and decision-making skills
- Strong organizational skills with ability to function efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Knowledge of reading and interpreting syndicated or bilateral credit agreements
