Job Summary
The Loan Servicing Manager will oversee all servicing operations for consumer and residential real estate loans, including lien perfection on collateralized loans. Leads the servicing team to drive operational efficiency and ensures an exceptional member experience from loan closing through payoff. Requires strong leadership in real estate servicing, attention to compliance, and hands-on management of lien perfection processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree is required
- Minimum five years of direct experience in all facets of real estate servicing is required
- Direct experience with consumer loan lien perfection is preferred – Auto, HELOC, etc.
- Three to five years of management experience is required
- Must be 100% bondable
