Lead end-to-end loan servicing lifecycle with precision, overseeing accurate payment processing and escrow management; continuously improve workflows for efficiency and scale; monitor KPIs and drive performance; resolve complex servicing issues; partner cross-functionally to enhance borrower experience; maintain regulatory compliance, lead audits and documentation accuracy; coach a high-performing servicing team and align operations with mission-driven goals; champion environmental, social, and governance principles within banking and fintech contexts.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred
- 7+ years of loan servicing experience
- Commercial loan experience required
- Prior leadership experience required
