Job Summary
Loan Servicing & Credit Support Manager – Associate to oversee daily team activities in the Loans group, ensuring SLA compliance across Deal Closing, Drawdowns, Rollovers, Repayments, Pre-payments, Funding, Rate-Fixings, Fees and external payments; manage Nostro & Past Due Reconciliation; develop Knowledge Management with SOP maintenance and training; drive 100% compliance with process policies, guidelines, and controls; motivate and develop team members; identify training needs and backups; collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance performance and drive process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in loan servicing or credit support within syndicated loans or the financial industry
- Knowledge of loan systems like Loan IQ
- Expertise in nostro/cash matching, General Ledger reconciliation, and SWIFT/remittance systems
- Strong problem-solving and investigative skills to analyze and resolve process-related issues
- Strong risk and control mindset
- Understanding of investment banking products, including loans
- Ability to drive projects and manage people, performance, and escalation
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across teams
