Job Summary
Input and update loan data in the financial institution's computer system, prepare and verify loan documents for accuracy, and perform other duties as assigned. Perform all collateral maintenance on various loan types including Commercial, Consumer, and Real Estate Loans, uploading consumer and indirect loans while monitoring insurance and flood coverage. Provide superior customer service via phone, email, or in person, assisting lenders and customers with loan questions. Process, maintain files, and update computer information for new and paid loans, checking legal documents for proper vesting, descriptions, and signatures. Perform daily and monthly balancing of Loan GL accounts and various bills and payments. Ensure all loan collateral is properly secured, including UCC filings, titles, and required lien perfection items.

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's or associate degree in business, finance, accounting or related field
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous experience in a bank and/or lending environment
- Knowledge of Bank loan products
- Strong customer service background
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
