Job Summary
The Loan Services Administrator supports processing and maintenance of consumer and commercial loan accounts, including processing payments and advances, uploading loans to Jack Henry from origination software, balancing WIP and various ledger accounts, mailing notices and statements, preparing wires, processing mortgages/releases, escrow and tax statements, and providing prompt customer service. Requires high school diploma/equivalent and 3-4 years of related experience; preferred 5+ years in loan services; strong math and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 3-4 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years’ experience in loan services preferred
- Strong math, numerical reconciliation, and computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience in proper handling of confidential information
