Job Summary
Loan Sales Specialist at OneMain empowers customers by explaining financing options and guiding them through the loan process. Responsibilities include engaging customers across multiple channels, educating customers on loan terms and optional insurance products, managing the loan lifecycle (including collections activities within compliance), and working to achieve individual and branch goals in a supportive, growth-oriented environment. On-site role with a Monday–Friday schedule and possible extended hours; sales, collections or customer service experience preferred; bilingual Spanish a plus.
