Job Summary
Loan Sales Specialist at OneMain drives customer-facing financing conversations, educating borrowers on loan terms and optional insurance products while managing the loan lifecycle, including collections activities, to meet individual and branch goals. The role requires multi-channel engagement (phone, email, chat, in-house systems) and a customer-centered approach to provide tailored financing solutions within a competitive, growth-oriented environment. On-site position with a schedule typically Monday–Friday, extended hours as needed, including Saturdays, offering professional development and advancement opportunities within a supportive team.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bilingual - Spanish (preferred)
- Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience (preferred)
