Job Summary
Loan Sales Specialist at OneMain responsible for developing new customer connections, presenting tailored loan solutions, educating customers on loan terms and optional insurance products, and managing the loan life cycle including collections while ensuring regulatory compliance. The role involves engaging customers through multiple channels (phone, email, chat) to meet individual and branch goals, with opportunities for professional development and advancement into leadership roles. Base target salary ranges from $17.00 to $20.00 with additional incentive opportunities; on-site schedule Monday–Friday with occasional extended hours, including Saturdays.
