Loan Sales Specialist

Loan Sales Specialists empower customers by listening to their needs and providing access to financing for life’s expenses. The role involves developing new connections, guiding customers through the loan process and life cycle, delivering tailored financing solutions, educating customers on loan terms and optional insurance products, and working to achieve individual and branch goals. The position requires multitasking across channels (phone, email, chat, and in-house systems) with a focus on compliance with applicable laws and regulations while delivering responsive, empathetic service in a competitive, goal-driven environment. On-site location in Midlothian, VA with Monday–Friday scheduling and occasional extended hours, including Saturdays. Preferred: High School Diploma or GED and experience in Sales, Collections, or Customer Service; bilingual Spanish is a plus.
