Loan Sales Specialist

Listen to customer needs and provide access to friendly, fast, and affordable financing for life's expenses. Exceed customer expectations through empathy and encouragement while delivering results related to individual and branch goals. Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Develop new connections and maintain existing ones by engaging customers throughout the loan process and life cycle using phone, email, chat, and in-house systems. Clearly educate customers on optional insurance products, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of loan terms and options. Target base salary range is $20.00-$23.00, with additional compensation based on performance. On-site Monday-Friday with some extended hours including Saturday.
