Job Summary
Loan Sales Specialist at OneMain drives loan sales and guides customers through financing options. Responsibilities include managing the loan life cycle and related collections activities in compliance with laws, engaging customers across multiple channels to present tailored solutions, educating customers on loan terms and optional insurance, and contributing to branch goals with a customer-centric, goal-oriented approach. Requires a High School Diploma or GED. Role is on-site in Webster, NY with standard business hours and some extended hours including Saturdays; eligible for base salary plus incentive program and comprehensive employee benefits.
