Job Summary
Loan Sales Specialist responsible for engaging customers, presenting tailored financing solutions, and managing the loan lifecycle with a focus on customer service and branch goals. Duties include educating customers on loan terms and optional insurance products, handling multiple channels (phone, email, chat, and in-house systems), and supporting collections activities in compliance with applicable laws. Position requires on-site presence in Charleston, SC, with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional Saturday hours. Bilingual Spanish is a plus and preferred.
