Job Summary
Loan Sales Specialist at OneMain. Responsibilities include listening to customer needs and presenting tailored loan options, managing the loan lifecycle including collections activities while ensuring compliance with laws, and engaging customers through phone, email, chat, and in-house systems. Educate customers on optional insurance products, strive to exceed branch and individual goals, and develop customer relationships throughout the loan process. Preferred: experience in sales, collections, or customer service and bilingual Spanish abilities. The role is on-site with a Monday–Friday schedule and some extended hours, including Saturday, and offers professional development and advancement opportunities along with comprehensive benefits.
