Loan Sales Specialists empower customers by listening to their needs and providing access to financing for life’s expenses. In this on-site role, you will manage the loan life cycle, including collections activities, educate customers on loan terms and optional insurance products, and present tailored solutions via multiple channels (phone, email, chat, in-house systems) to meet individual and branch goals.
