Loan Sales Specialist

Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities while maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Effectively multitask and adapt to dynamic demands by listening to customer needs and providing access to friendly, fast, and affordable financing. Exceed customer expectations through ease, empathy, and encouragement by presenting tailored solutions across phone, email, chat, and in-house systems. Clearly educate customers on optional insurance products and loan terms while developing new connections and maintaining existing relationships throughout the loan process. Work Monday through Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours including Saturdays as needed.
