Loan Sales Specialist

Listen to customer needs and provide access to friendly, fast, and affordable financing for life's expenses. Exceed customer expectations through empathy and encouragement while developing new connections and maintaining ones by engaging customers throughout the loan process and life cycle. Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Clearly educate customers on optional insurance products and present tailored solutions based on their needs. Engage with customers and other departments through multiple technological channels, including phone, email, chat, and in-house systems. Target base salary range is $17.00-$19.00, with additional compensation based on individual and company performance. Schedule is Monday-Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours including Saturday as needed.
