Job Summary
Conduct loan sales and collections activities by engaging customers through phone, email, and chat to present tailored financing solutions. Manage the full loan life cycle, including collections, while educating clients on optional insurance products and ensuring compliance with all regulations. Maintain connections throughout the customer journey to meet individual and branch goals. Operate Monday through Friday during standard hours with some extended availability including Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bilingual - Spanish
- Must be available for Saturday
