Job Summary
Conduct loan sales and collections activities by listening to customer needs, presenting tailored financing solutions, and managing the full loan lifecycle including optional insurance education. Engage with clients and internal departments via phone, email, and chat to maintain connections and ensure timely, compliant service while meeting individual and branch goals. Operate Monday through Friday during standard hours with potential extended shifts including Saturdays.
