Manage the full life cycle of loans, including collections activities, while maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Educate customers on optional insurance products to ensure thorough understanding of loan terms and options. Engage with customers and other departments through phone, email, chat, and in-house systems. This role offers competitive base pay ranging from $17.00 to $20.00 plus performance-based incentives.
