Loan Sales Specialist

Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities, while ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Exceed customer expectations by listening to their needs and presenting tailored financing solutions through phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions. Develop new connections and maintain relationships by educating customers on optional insurance products and loan terms. Engage with customers and internal departments using multiple technological channels to deliver results related to individual and branch goals. Schedule is Monday-Friday during standard business hours with some extended hours and potential Saturday coverage.
