Job Summary
Listen to customer needs and provide access to friendly, fast, and affordable financing for life's expenses. Exceed customer expectations through empathy and encouragement while delivering results related to individual and branch goals. Develop new connections and maintain existing ones by engaging customers throughout the loan process and life cycle. Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities, while maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Educate customers on optional insurance products, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of loan terms and options. Engage with customers and other departments through phone, email, chat, and in-house systems. The schedule is Monday-Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours and potential Saturday work. Base salary ranges from $19.00 to $23.00, with additional competitive compensation based on performance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bilingual - Spanish
- Must be available for Saturday
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
