Loan Sales Specialist

Listen to customer needs and provide access to financing for life's expenses. Exceed expectations through empathy and encouragement while delivering results related to individual and branch goals. Develop new connections and maintain existing ones by engaging customers throughout the loan process and life cycle. Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities, while maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Educate customers on optional insurance products, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of loan terms and options. Engage with customers and other departments through phone, email, chat, and in-house systems. Work Monday through Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours and potential Saturday coverage as needed.
