Job Summary
Listen to customer needs and provide access to friendly, fast, and affordable financing for life's expenses. Exceed customer expectations through empathy and encouragement while developing new connections and maintaining relationships throughout the loan process. Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Present tailored solutions based on customer needs and clearly educate clients on optional insurance products. Engage with customers and other departments via phone, email, chat, and in-house systems. Work Monday through Friday during standard business hours with some extended hours as needed, including Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bilingual - Spanish
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be available for Saturday
- Must be available for extended hours
- Must be available for standard business hours
- Must be available for Monday-Friday schedule
- Must be available for on site location
