Job Summary
Listen to customer needs and provide access to friendly, fast, and affordable financing for life's expenses. Multitask and adapt to dynamic demands while exceeding expectations through empathy and encouragement. Develop new connections and maintain existing ones by engaging customers throughout the loan process and life cycle using phone, email, chat, and in-house systems. Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Clearly educate customers on optional insurance products, terms, and options. Work Monday through Friday during standard business hours with some extended hours as needed, potentially including Saturday.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bilingual - Spanish
- Monday-Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours during the week as needed which may include Saturday
