Job Summary
Conduct loan sales and collections activities by engaging customers through phone, email, chat, and in-house systems to present tailored financing solutions. Manage the full loan life cycle, including collections, while educating clients on optional insurance products and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws. Maintain connections throughout the loan process and life cycle to meet individual and branch goals. Work Monday through Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours and potential Saturday coverage as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience
- Location: On site
- The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours during the week as needed which may include Saturday
