Listen to customer needs and provide fast, affordable financing for life's expenses. Multitask to ensure timely service while exceeding expectations through empathy and encouragement. Develop and maintain connections by presenting tailored loan solutions based on individual requirements. Manage the loan life cycle, including collections activities, while maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Engage with customers and departments via phone, email, chat, and in-house systems. Clearly educate customers on optional insurance products, ensuring thorough understanding of terms and options. Work Monday through Friday during standard hours, with some extended time including Saturdays as needed.
