Loan Sales Specialist

Listen to customer needs and provide access to friendly, fast, and affordable financing for life's expenses. Exceed customer expectations through empathy and encouragement while delivering results related to individual and branch goals. Develop new connections and maintain relationships by engaging customers throughout the loan process and life cycle. Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities, while maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Educate customers on optional insurance products, ensuring thorough understanding of loans, terms, and options. Engage with customers and other departments through multiple technological channels, including phone, email, chat, and in-house systems. Work Monday through Friday during standard business hours with some extended hours as needed, potentially including Saturday.
