Loan Sales Specialist

Listen to customer needs and provide access to friendly, fast, and affordable financing for life's expenses by presenting tailored loan solutions. Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities, while maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Engage with customers and other departments through multiple technological channels, including phone, email, chat, and in-house systems. Clearly educate customers on optional insurance products, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of loan terms and options. Exceed customer expectations through ease, empathy, and encouragement to deliver results related to individual and branch goals. Work Monday through Friday during standard business hours with some extended hours as needed, which may include Saturday.
