Loan Sales Specialist

Listen to customer needs and provide access to friendly, fast, and affordable financing for life's expenses. Multitask to ensure timely service while exceeding expectations through empathy and encouragement. Develop and maintain connections by engaging customers throughout the loan process and life cycle, presenting tailored solutions. Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities, while maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Engage with customers and other departments through multiple technological channels, including phone, email, chat, and in-house systems. Clearly educate customers on optional insurance products, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of loans, terms, and options. Work Monday through Friday during standard business hours with some extended hours as needed.
