Job Summary
Identify and acquire new loan customers through field marketing and referrals while promoting the bank's loan products to individuals and businesses. Conduct credit assessments, ensure proper documentation of loan applications, and follow up on disbursements and repayments. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, ensure compliance with credit policies, and meet assigned sales targets by building strong relationships for repeat business. Requires a B.Sc or equivalent in a relevant discipline with proven sales experience in banking or microfinance, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Salary ranges from 70,000 to 100,000.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc in any relevant discipline
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in banking or microfinance
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven with a passion for sales
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good knowledge of the local market and business environment
