Job Summary
Identify and acquire new loan customers through field marketing and referrals; promote and sell the bank’s loan products to individuals and businesses; conduct credit assessments and ensure proper documentation of loan applications; follow up on loan disbursements and repayments; maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions; ensure compliance with the bank’s credit policies and procedures; meet and exceed assigned sales targets; build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc in any relevant discipline
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in banking or microfinance
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven with a passion for sales
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good knowledge of the local market and business environment
- Sales and marketing skills
- Customer relationship management
- Credit analysis (basic level)
- Result-oriented mindset
