Loan Sales Officer

Job Summary
Identify and acquire new loan customers through field marketing and referrals, then promote and sell the bank's loan products to individuals and businesses. Conduct credit assessments, ensure proper documentation of loan applications, and follow up on disbursements and repayments. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions while ensuring compliance with credit policies. Meet and exceed assigned sales targets by building strong client relationships to encourage repeat business. Requires a B.Sc or equivalent in a relevant discipline with proven sales experience in banking or microfinance. Salary ranges from 70,000 to 100,000.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc in any relevant discipline
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in banking or microfinance
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven with a passion for sales
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good knowledge of the local market and business environment
- Sales and marketing skills
- Customer relationship management
- Credit analysis (basic level)
- Result-oriented mindset
