Job Summary
Identify and acquire new loan customers through field marketing and referrals while promoting the bank's loan products to individuals and businesses. Conduct credit assessments, ensure proper documentation of applications, and follow up on disbursements and repayments. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, ensure compliance with credit policies, and build strong relationships to encourage repeat business. Meet and exceed assigned sales targets using strong communication and negotiation skills. Requires a B.Sc in a relevant discipline and proven sales experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc in any relevant discipline
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in banking or microfinance
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven with a passion for sales
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good knowledge of the local market and business environment
- Sales and marketing skills
- Customer relationship management
- Credit analysis (basic level)
- Result-oriented mindset
