Job Summary
Conduct loan review and financial analysis by verifying loan documentation, assessing credit risk, and performing stress tests. Gather database information from various systems, communicate with loan officers and credit analysts to ensure file accuracy, and perform detailed reviews of watch list loans for policy compliance. Prepare quarterly Loan Review reports, track findings, document resolutions, and communicate status updates to lenders. Maintain accurate exception tracking logs and ensure risk grade changes reflect in the system prior to quarter-end. Assist in preparing examiner and external audit request packets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with a major in accounting, finance, or business administration
- Minimum one to two years of banking, financial statement analysis experience or combination of relevant education and experience
- Intermediate level understanding of Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills, ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in sensitive bank matters
- Ability to work with other bank departments' personnel in a professional and objective manner
- Strong writing and documentation skills to effectively communicate at all levels, both verbally and written
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail oriented quality of upmost importance
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Silverlake and nCino applications preferred
