Job Summary
Loan Resolution Specialist I responsible for contacting delinquent customers via outbound calls/emails/texts to resolve delinquency and reduce losses, discuss payment programs for financial hardship, handle inbound inquiries, coordinate with third-party servicers, perform skip tracing as needed, and document all customer interactions with clear notes while ensuring compliance with applicable policies and regulations. Requires strong communication, organizational skills, and ability to work independently or with teams; Salesforce experience and Spanish bilingual preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1 years of Collections or Customer Service Experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High-level proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and report to several managers
- Bilingual- Spanish preferred
