Loan Representative

Loan Representative position at OneMain Financial in Fort Mill, SC. Serve as the initial contact for customers with a variety of personal lending needs in a call center environment. Reach out to customers via outbound calls or respond to inbound calls, processing applications for multiple personal lending products. Implement strategies to drive growth while delivering exemplary customer service and maintaining a high level of energy to meet or exceed goals. Read and understand credit bureau reports and maintain strong knowledge of OneMain’s personal lending products. Ensure compliance with company policies and federal/state laws, and provide guidance to other team members as needed. Actively market and sell OneMain lending products and services and collaborate within a team. Preferred 2+ years’ experience in inside sales, customer service, retail, or call center environment; bilingual in Spanish/English a plus.
