Job Summary
Verify newly originated loan data against supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency with bank policies. Review loan files for completeness, identifying and tracking documentation or policy exceptions for resolution. Process adverse action notices and assist with mortgage loan modifications and loan modifications verification. Index loan documents into the electronic filing system and maintain accurate records of quality control findings. Communicate discrepancies to lenders and operations for resolution while assisting with audits and examinations. Perform other duties as assigned, maintaining confidentiality of customer and bank information.

- Previous banking, lending, loan processing, or loan operations experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies and inconsistencies
- Knowledge of loan documentation, lending procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet established deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and banking systems preferred
