Job Summary
Process and prepare purchase mortgage loans (FHA, VA, Conventional, USDA) by verifying document accuracy and adherence to investor guidelines for complete submission to Underwriting. Gather and analyze customer documents including paystubs, bank statements, and credit reports to ensure a complete loan file while maintaining consistent communication on loan status. Collaborate with customers, underwriting, and the sales team to facilitate smooth mortgage transactions using critical thinking and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment. Utilize multiple computer screens and software programs to multi-task and meet deadlines while cultivating relationships with peers as a mentor. This full-time, paid training program prepares candidates for a Loan Processor position through online classroom learning, mentorship, and job shadowing. The role begins with an 8am–5pm schedule during training and transitions to a hybrid arrangement with core hours of 7am–6pm MST upon hire. Bilingual Spanish skills are highly preferred, and applicants must reside in Colorado.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role, including professional/military experience, internships, or school leadership positions
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must reside in Colorado
- Dedicated workspace in a distraction-free environment and reliable internet connection to allow for remote work
Desired Qualifications
- BI-LINGUAL IN SPANISH HIGHLY PREFERRED
- Bilingual Spanish skills highly preferred
